Topics will include: concept review, advertising on the fence, and <br /> recommend architectural professional to prepare to prepare drawings. <br /> • Phil Hals will call Musko lighting to get a lighting plan for the complex with both <br /> • softball and baseball lights <br /> • Stephen Wensman will try to contact Softball World in Eulles, Texas to get an <br /> aerial or plans of"Softball World" <br /> • Baseball and Softball Associations will present checks to the City Council on <br /> February 22nd (completed) <br /> • Phil Hals and Chris Leeseberg will determine what role Chris and his firm might <br /> contribute to the project. <br /> The Park and Recreation Commission has budgeted$5000.00 to go towards design of <br /> the structure. The subcommittee will be discussing the next step in the process at <br /> the March 8th meeting at 6PM. <br /> Commercial Advertising <br /> In order to raise money for the proposed structure, the idea was raised to allow <br /> commercial advertising at the Complex. <br /> Request <br /> That the Commission review and endorse the Concept for the ERYAC structure and <br /> address the issue of commercial advertising within the complex. <br />
