The use of a bow and arrow for hunting purposes <br /> • shall be permitted in the City in hunting wild game in accordance with the laws of the State of <br /> Minnesota. Bow and arrow hunting shall not be permitted within 300 yards of any residential <br /> structure, commercial structure, park or playground and it shall not be permitted within 150 <br /> yards of any trunk highway. <br /> 5.0710 0 std Arrow Hrrutfng. A permit for bow and arrow hunting <br /> shall-"be required prior to such hunting in the City. Applicants for a bow and arrow bunting <br /> permit shall apply to the Ramsey City Police Chief or his/her designated representative. No <br /> permit shall be issued until the applicant displays to the Chief of Police written permission from <br /> the landowner where the applicant desires to hunt.
