Staff recommends that the Commission <br /> recommend park dedication in the form of cash ($1400 per unit) as outlined in the <br /> cluster ordinance. <br /> Rolling Hills <br /> Rolling Hills is a 113-acre, 30-lot cluster development located west of Jarvis Street in <br /> the far northeast corner of the city. Approximately 68 acres will be preserved as <br /> permanent open space, 40 acres in an undeveloped, land-locked quarter section. <br /> While an area wide park has been identified in this area, it is premature to require land <br /> dedication. Staff recommends that the Commission recommend park dedication in the <br /> form of cash ($1400 per unit) as outlined in the cluster ordinance. <br /> • <br /> • <br />
