• <br /> Adult leagues <br /> Adult leagues are going very well. We have Women's Volleyball beginning it's winter session in <br /> January, Co Rec Volleyball, with 11 teams, runs through February and Men's Basketball just began in • <br /> December, with 10 teams, and runs through March. <br /> Yellow Ribbon program <br /> We are working with a newly formed organization at the High School. They are trying to get <br /> information into the various schools about suicide prevention. The Yellow Ribbon program is a national <br /> program that was started by two parents who lost their son to suicide. The students are doing the work <br /> and we have just been helping them with the cards and brochures they distribute. This is a program that <br /> hits home for many in the area and seems to be well received at the schools. They are in the process of <br /> getting the information into all the jr. highs. <br /> Marketing <br /> We are working hard to increase our marketing efforts for programs and events. Dan has been great <br /> with flyers and sending items to the schools. We are now doing a calendar each month for open gyms <br /> so that people can have the information in calendar form. <br /> • <br /> • <br />
