Neither the City nor <br /> the EDA is responsible for any cost incurred by anyone in preparation for a response to the RFP. <br /> Artists will be required to analyze and suggest the best possible location for the project so that it will <br /> enhance tourism and economic vitality as well as consider future maintenance needs and costs. <br /> Financial Impact <br /> The remaining Brand Plan Implementation line item holds approximately$17,000,which will not be <br /> spent in 2014. These funds will roll into the unallocated cash reserve. In 2015, the EDA will review a <br /> budget amendment, shifting$17,000 from cash reserves to the project.
