Programs include senior, adult and youth athletics, senior <br /> FAX 612-638-2135 citizen clubs, adaptive clubs, summer playground program, adult trips, fitness <br /> training,teen night and special events. <br /> THE PROJECT <br /> The New Brighton Family Service Center is located on the corner of 10th Street <br /> Northwest and Old Highway 8 in the City of New Brighton, MN. The 70,000 <br /> square foot state-of-the-art facility was funded through a general property tax <br /> levy. The levies will average $400,000 per year with the final levy being <br /> collected in 2008. The operation costs are paid through membership fees, room <br /> rentals and daily passes. The total cost for the construction of the facility was <br /> $5.2 million or$70 per square foot. Of the $5.2 million, $800,000 was funded by <br /> Mounds View School District #621.
