Open Forum <br /> Fred McCoy, McCoy's Pub stated he is representing a group that would like to <br /> explore the option of installing a dock/pier at Rivers Edge Park. If the Council is <br /> interested in pursuing this, the group would like a staff contact to assist the group in <br /> researching possibilities and requirements. <br /> Councilmember Wilson added that the Mississippi River is designated as a Wild and <br /> Scenic River and the restrictions may be different. <br /> Council consensus is for Parks and Recreation Director Michael Hecker to meet with <br /> the group. <br /> N" ATUR <br />
