6. The Owner is responsible for normal maintenance of the improvements to the Premises <br /> as a result of the Contractor's performance of the Specifications. If a problem <br /> occurs that the Owner believes is covered by the warranty,the Owner shall contract <br /> the Contractor in writing, giving the Contractor sufficient information to enable him to <br /> resolve the matter. In the event the Contractor fails to remedy the problem,then the <br /> Owner shall contact CMHP. <br /> 7.
