Well, I could stand here and go on and on and on, but you all get the idea. John Weicht is
simply an incredible guy. John is someone who remembers the humble background from
which he came. John appreciates the love of family, a strong faith, the work ethic and
simple decency that was bred into him. He understands full well that he has been the
recipient of much good fortunate—but like so few others, he genuinely accepts the
responsibility that comes with good fortunate. He gives of his time and his talent in a truly
incomparable way.
John Weicht you're a builder, you've been a builder for life But John, what you've built is
so very much more than just structures. You've built community, you've built charity,
you've built good will, you've built lives and for this, The Three Rivers foundation inducts
you into its Leadership Hall of Fame and extends to you, its most sincere thank you.
Introduction by Doug Johnson at Awards Ceremony 10-14-2010.
