Wetland boundaries must be accurately shown <br /> 19. Development plan must be signed by a registered land surveyor or Engineer. <br /> 20. All trees within the subdivision that are to be preserved shall be fenced with a snow fence at <br /> the drip line to prevent grading, compaction, or storage of equipment, debris or materials. <br /> Staff shall inspect the fencing prior to grading. Cutting of trees between April 15 and July 15 <br /> shall not be permitted. The Operator shall take other measures deemed appropriate by the <br /> Sherburne County Forester to control oakwilt, such as, but not limited to: debarking or <br /> destroying fallen diseased trees prior to April 15, not leaving roots exposed and avoiding <br /> mechanical damage on remaining trees. <br /> E-1 <br />
