Public notices were mailed out on <br /> May 15 and recipients should have received them around May 16-17. <br /> The applicant's representative said there are no immediate projects planned for the new proposed <br /> buildable lot. <br /> City Property/Right-Of-Way <br /> The city owns a 0.05 acre parcel of land at the southwest corner of Holt Avenue and 8"' Street which is <br /> not dedicated road right-of-way. Staff has been working with the applicant on a solution to alleviate this <br /> parcel and"clean up" the area. <br /> The proposed plat includes a portion of the 0.05 acres in the plat. As a result, there are two small <br /> triangular portions left over, one on each side of Lot 3.
