Mankato. <br /> Mr. Thill began his profession of engineering in 1981 Justin Schmidt, P.E., L.S.I.T. <br /> gaining experience, including surveying, construction Transportation Engineer <br /> inspection, drafting and plan preparation. He has worked Mr. Schmidt will serve as the Transportation <br /> on numerous municipal engineering projects for various Engineer responsible for overseeing the <br /> clients and extensively for the Cities of Woodbury, Cottage preliminary design of the improvements. <br /> Grove and Mounds View. <br /> Mr. Schmidt is a Transportation Design Engineer for <br /> Mr. Thill has served as a Civil CAD Coordinator Bolton &Menk, Inc. Mr. Schmidt began his profession <br /> responsible for developing corporate and client CAD and in 2005 and gained experience with detailed roadway <br /> plan standards,training, CAD support,managing drafting design,plan production,grading and drainage design, <br /> workloads as well as preparing construction plans. He has quantity computation,utility coordination,topographic <br /> in-depth knowledge with civil CAD software Autodesk surveys,construction staking, and boundary surveys. He is <br /> Land Development Desktop and Autodesk Civil 3D. proficient with Microstation and Geopak. <br /> Mr. Thill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Tim Olson, P.E., CFM <br /> Technology and Land Surveying from Dunwoody College Water Resources Project Manager <br /> of Technology. Mr. Olson will serve as Water Resources <br /> Project Manager and will be responsible <br /> Alan Spilles for all stormwater management features <br /> Construction Observer including infiltration,ponding, erosion control,watershed <br /> Mr. Spilles will serve as a Construction permitting, and wetland mitigation. Mr. Olson will also be <br /> Observer and will be responsible for part responsible for all contacts with governing agencies as it <br /> time and full time onsite construction relates to stormwater and wetlands. <br /> observation, daily record keeping,and coordination of <br /> testing. Mr. Olson is an engineer in the Water Resources Group <br /> of Bolton&Menk, Inc. He joined the firm in the <br /> Mr. Spilles'role with Bolton&Menk, Inc. includes spring of 2006. He leads the design and development <br /> serving as a design technician and construction inspector. of Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plans, <br /> He has been involved in several projects,which have hydrologic and hydraulic studies, and hydrologic plan <br /> included street, storm, sanitary sewer and watermain, reviews. His responsibilities include identification <br /> parking lots,ponds, as well as residential and commercial and discussion of NPDES Phase I &II requirements, <br /> developments. He is proficient in the use ofAutoCAD, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and identification of <br /> EaglePoint,Word and Excel software. alternatives for proposed improvements. He has also led <br /> a multitude of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans <br /> Mr. Spilles began his career working in the Civil (SWPPP) and submitted associated NPDES Phase 11 <br /> Engineering Field in 2006. His experience includes Construction Stormwater Permits. <br /> inspection and supervision of personnel in the following <br /> areas; Concrete design and testing, soils testing and Mr. Olson has additional experience with a variety <br /> inspection, reinforcing steel &post tension cable design of engineering tasks including design computations, <br /> and inspections, roofing inspection of asphalt&EPDM preliminary layout and design, research and preparation of <br /> 2015 Improvements I City of Elk River, Minnesota 3 <br />
