Because the home, garage, and <br />bituminous parking area would now be on Parcel 3, Parcel 1 with the large metal shop <br />would not have any of the necessary supporting infrastructure such as a parking lot, <br />individual access onto the road, or ponding for storm drainage purposes. <br /> <br />The wetland shown on the drawing is noted at the "approximate edge of wetland." tt is <br />our understanding that there is a wetland delineation being performed on this site.
