Permits and Codes <br /> (a) The Contractor shall secure all necessary permits and licenses required to perform the <br /> work called for by this contract,and all such work shall be in compliance with all <br /> building code regulations and all ordinances whether or not covered by the specifications <br /> and drawings for the work. <br /> (b) The Contractor agrees to comply_with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, <br /> regulations, ordinances. and policies. <br /> 7.
