Scope of work <br /> € Returned with at least 2 bids <br /> € Sketches is applicable <br /> 4. Contract sent to homeowner with chosen contractor's and scope of work <br /> € Signed and notarized <br /> 5. Contracts signed by homeowner sent to contractor <br /> 6. Contracts reviewed by CMHP <br /> € Notice to proceed issued to contractor <br /> € Material and construction draws after notice to proceed issued <br /> 7. Closing inspection <br /> € CMHP <br />
