RESOLUTION 04 - <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO A PARTNERSHIP <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Elk River enters into an agreement with the State of <br />Minnesota, Department or Transportation, for the following purposes, to wit: <br /> <br />To request that the State perform certain technical, transportation-related services <br />identified in Exhibit A, "Available Services," of the agreement. The City will submit a <br />brief written request for each service in accordance with the terms and conditions set <br />forth and contained in the Partnership Contract, a copy of which was before the board. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized to <br />execute such agreement and any amendments, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the <br />City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION <br /> <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />County of Sherbume <br /> <br />City of Elk River <br /> <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and correct copy of a resolution presented <br />to and adopted by the City Council of Elk River at a duly authorized meeting thereof held on the <br /> day of , 2004, as shown by the minutes of said meeting in my <br />possession. <br /> <br />Joan M.
