Describe their <br /> experience with this type of project and relevant studies for all personnel. <br /> <br />5 Work Program and Cost of Service <br /> <br />Provide a detailed work program that accomplishes the tasks and objectives of the <br />project. Include a spreadsheet showing phases, tasks, meetings, personnel, hours by task, <br />and hourly rates. <br /> <br />ii) Clearly state the deliverables for each phase of the project. <br /> <br />Alternate Tasks - Provide any additional recommended tasks that are outside of the <br />defined scope of the RFP. Provide independent pricing information for each additional <br />task to enable the City to decide whether those additional tasks should be undertaken. <br /> <br />The consultant will be responsible for facilitating meetings with the public and Park and <br />Recreation Commission and for taking/distributing minutes for all meetings throughout <br />the planning effort. <br /> <br />Project Schedule - the Park and Recreation Commission will be the advisory board for the NRI <br />project. The Commission meets the second Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. The work <br />program should reflect this meeting schedule. <br /> <br />Relevant Experience - prOvide graphic and text descriptions of past projects that demonstrate <br />your firm's ability to accomplish the tasks outlined in the RFP. Include dates of the project, and <br />identify which team members participated in the project. <br /> <br />References - provide a minimum of three references.
