From that <br />early vision and single office, the firm has grown to become a full service <br />engineering, architectural and environmental science firm that employs <br />nearly 400 employees and offers a service area that encompasses the <br />upper Midwest. <br /> <br />The company headquarters remain in St Paul, Minnesota, and additional <br />Minnesota branch offices have been added in Rochester, St. Cloud and <br />Willmar, Minnesota, as well as Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Chicago, <br />Illinois.
