Sara Hartrrtan <br /> Pat Hasslen <br /> Jean Loy-Swanson <br /> Cli~t:orct Lunclberg <br /> David Raymond. <br /> <br />This activity is made possible by a grant from the Central Minnesota Arts <br />Board, through funding provided by the Minnesota State Legislature. <br /> <br />Welcome... <br />Quite simply, the "What's the Difference?" exhibit will humbly, <br />playfully illustrate to you the creative process of hventy-eight <br />interdisciplinary antists and consequently, honor the potency of <br />their individuality. <br />Ranging geographically from Minneapolis to Saitit Cloud and <br />selected from a wide variety of media, techniques and styles, our <br />artists have created one work of ar~ each, specifically for this show. <br />All of their works have been based on the same black and white <br />photograph which was provided to them in September, 2001. Each <br />were asked to loosely base their piece on its image, given six <br />months to complete their work. <br /> <br />This project is designed to demonstrate to you how these art/sfs <br />"see" the same thing differently and how they use their chosen <br />medium to express that unique perspective.
