He provided to Council the Boy <br /> Scout's annual report. <br /> 6.1 Recognition for 30 Years of Service: Police Support Services <br /> Supervisor Michelle Masica <br /> Chief Rolfe and Mayor Dietz recognized and presented police support services <br /> supervisor Michelle Masica with a plaque cornmemorating her 30 years of service to <br /> the city. <br /> 6.2 20 P 3 Annual Report <br /> Mr. Portner presented the 2013 Annual Report to the Council. <br /> 8.1 Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program <br /> Mr. Beeman presented the staff report. He introduced Peter Klein,Vice President of <br /> Finance from the Saint Paul Port Authonity, who provided an overview of the <br /> program and answered questions.
