It was agreed that it would be a benefit to <br />the Community, as well as the safety aspect. Commission directed Bryan Adams to approach <br />the Park and Recreation DepartmenI of the City of Elk River regarding their possible sharing <br />of costs. <br /> <br /> Bryan Adams approached the Commission regarding the possibility of his living <br />outside the City Limits.
