The applicant has failed to provide documentation that the on-site septic systems at Wapiti Park <br /> have been inspected and certified to be in compliance with state statutes and administrative rules. <br /> The city is prohibited by state law and city ordinance from approving any permit,including the <br /> Interim Use Permit,if the septic systems have not been inspected and found to be in compliance <br /> with the current state standards. <br /> 2. The applicant has failed to provide updated site plans showing that the driving and parking areas <br /> for the store building will be defined by concrete curb and gutter as required by Section 30-901 of <br /> the City Code. <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> Staff presented the proposed project to the Planning Commission and stated that the septic system must <br /> meet the current guidelines for the city to approve a permit. No documentation was submitted showing <br /> the septic system had been inspected and certified. An extension has not been requested by the <br /> applicant. <br /> Chair Johnson opened the public hearing.
