Mr. Pantelis has received written permission from the
property owner, paid all applicable fees, and successfully passed a Police Department background check.
Overnight storage of equipment or merchandise is not allowed unless approved by the City Council. Mr.
Pantelis is requesting to store an 8 x 12 trailer on site Friday through Sunday on the weekends he sells.
Staff has concerns with the parking of trailers on site for extended periods as they have the potential to
detract from the aesthetics of the site, impact visibility to the business at the intersection, impact the
traffic flow on site, and provide a place for signage. Conditions 7-9 above mitigate many of those
concerns. Mr. Pantelis received Council permission for overnight storage last year and staff is not aware
of any issues that occurred.
P a w E R E U 6 Y
NaA f RE]
