The total combined area <br /> exceeds the park dedication requirements. The City Council expressed an interest in a <br /> neighborhood park at the public hearing for this plat. <br /> The land area equals 1.19 acres and is centrally located to serve the development as well <br /> as some future development to the north. The park is partially wooded and is relatively <br /> flat making it suitable for playground equipment. <br />
