Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Energy City <br /> Commission was called to order at 8:40 a.m. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Vice Chair Sagstetter led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 3. Consider Agenda <br /> Moved by Commissioner Denny Chuba and seconded by Commissioner Matt <br /> Westgaard to approve the February 19,2014 Energy City Commission agenda. <br /> Motion carried 5-0. <br /> 4.1 Consider January 15, 2014 Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Tom Sagstetter and seconded by Commissioner <br /> Matt Westgaard to approve the September 17, 2013 Energy City Commission <br /> minutes. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> 5.1 Energy City High Five — Rebecca Haug <br /> Moved by Commissioner Tom Sagstetter and seconded by Commissioner <br /> Tim Steinbeck to award Rebecca Haug an Energy City High Five for her <br /> passion, knowledge and devotion. She will be hard to replace. <br /> Commissioner Denny Chuba stated that Rebecca Haug did a great job and the <br /> Commission appreciated her efforts, noting that she went above and beyond what <br /> was required, this was not just a job. <br />
