The Board acknowledges the Regional Supervisor's Report. <br /> a. Board of Trustees passed budget on June 16, 2013. Some additional decisions to still be made <br /> in September. <br /> New Business <br /> 1. Review B y-Laws <br /> 2. Gary Lore and Tim from the City: Heat Pump replacement <br /> The heat pump needs to be replaced two bids were made. The bid ($24,058.46) was awarded <br /> to Masman Geo-thermal out of Zimmerman. It will come out of the Fund Balance of the <br /> Library budget which is used for one time expenditures or repairs as needed. <br /> Kathleen Tracy MOVED and Mary Eberly SECONDED TO APPROVE THE HEAT <br /> PUMP REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR. <br /> MOTION PASSED 4-0 <br /> Old Business <br /> 1. Discussion of payers <br /> 2. Dave Anderson and Rodney Schriells will be invited to the next meeting for an overview of <br /> grounds. <br /> 3. Put on the calendar towards the end of 2013 to revisit having AARP Tax Aide back for 2014. <br /> Parking has been tight. A lot of calls have been coming into the library about the service and <br /> have been fielded out to AARP. Crowded area in the lobby due to service being offered. <br /> Revisit hours of operation and how the process has been. <br /> 4.
