Planning Corrunission Minutes <br />February 11, 2014 <br />Page 2 <br />Jennifer Mueller, applicant, stated she has been in business in Elk River for the past 10 years. <br />There being no further comments, Chair Anderson closed the public hearing. <br />Motion by Commissioner Chad Westberg and seconded by Commissioner Eric <br />Johnson to recommend approval of the request by Jennifer Mueller of Anytime <br />Fitness for a Conditional Use Permit for a fitness facility in the Hillside Crossing <br />PUD, Case No. CU 14 -04, with the following conditions: <br />1. The Conditional Use Permit is not a building permit and the applicant must <br />apply for and receive approval of all required permits before construction may <br />begin. <br />2. The applicant must apply for and receive approval of all required sign permits <br />before signage may be installed. <br />Motion carried 6 -0. <br />6.1 Review of Commission Calendar <br />Chair Anderson stated that the Planning Commission meetings will be moved to the 4`h <br />Tuesday of the month. Mr. Leeseberg stated that the new schedule will begin in May. <br />7.2 Comprehensive Plan Update <br />Commissioner Mark Konietzko stated that the final draft of the Comprehensive Plan will be <br />considered at a public hearing by the Planning Commission at their March 11, 2014. Mr. <br />Leeseberg noted that the final draft will be available online in the next couple of weeks. <br />7.
