Staff chose <br />these sites based on the criteria explained ~y Paul, and noted that all eight sites <br />are within the urban service area. S~eve explained that Areas 3, 5, ~ and ? were <br />identified !orgeiy hnecause of their proximity to the proposed transportation/utility <br />corridor. <br /> <br />Discussion followed regarding the 8 areas [deniifieC by staff for possible industrial <br />development: <br /> <br />Area 1 (Wilson property) - Approximately $5 acres located north of County Road <br />30, bah,yuan Waco and the Sandpiper Estates 2nd Addition <br /> <br />....~ Area2(OutlotA.
