This process can take up to 60-days, to be completed by April 19, <br />2004. Financing application review and considerations can take up to 45-days and <br />can run concurrently with the land use amendment, building site plan and permit <br />application review process. <br /> <br />A Conditional Use Permit is required if loading docks or overhead doors face a <br />public street. <br /> <br /> <br />
