Address all staff comments regarding stormwater management, <br /> ensuring the project meets the latest requirements for treatment and <br /> retention. <br /> 4. Service and overhead shall be of a similar color to the precast concrete <br /> panels. <br /> 5. Cornerstone Auto agrees to maintain "1701h Lane" until the road is <br /> extended to 1701h Court in Natures Edge Business Park. <br /> 6. The applicant shall execute a CUP Agreement outlining the terms and <br /> conditions of approval of the mining operations. <br /> 2.
