RIVER CITY SNOW RIDERS <br /> MINUTES - JULY 17, 2002 <br /> Meeting was called to order by Vice-President Troy Morris Trail Association: The railroad right-of-way is being <br /> at 7:35 p.m. pursued by the Big Lake club and if approved, cost will be <br /> spread among the clubs in the association. <br /> Minutes approval: May 15, 2002 minutes were approved <br /> as written. Grant-in-Aid permits have been sent. We are in the <br /> process of designating our trails as grant-in-aid. <br /> Treasurer's Report: Lori Collins reported a balance of <br /> $4,265.84. Volunteers are needed for groomer work. <br /> Fundraiser Bruce Eilers updated Club members s to Club Activities: The June picnic went well. There was <br /> prizes donated for the raffle. A sign up sheet will be good food and weather and the park was nice. <br /> passed around to man the booth at the Rum River Grass <br /> Drags in August. Raffle tickets will be passed out at the A fall activity was discussed and it was decided that the <br /> August meeting.
