Per state statute 15.99, the city is required to make a decision f within 60 days of receipt of a completed Variance or Conditional Use Permit application and 120 days of a completed Preliminary and Final.Plat application. Subdivision 3 of that section requires the city to notify an applicant within 15 business days if information is missing, delaying the start of the 60 day review period. Section 467.358,subdivision 3b of Minnesota statutes requires a decision on a subdivision within 120 days of a completed application. 3 The application for a Variance has been deemed complete. This application has been assigned case number V 13-11 and is tentatively scheduled to be reviewed by the Board of Adjustments on January 141 at 6:30 p.m.at the Elk River City Hall. The application for Conditional Use Permit has been deemed complete. This application has been assigned case number CU 13-18 and is tentatively scheduled to be reviewed by the Planning Commission on January le at 6:30 pm.at the Elk River City Hall. The applications for Preliminary Plat and Final Plat have been deemed complete. These applications have been assigned case number P 13-05 and are tentatively scheduled to be reviewed by the Planning Commission on January 14!'at 6:30 pm. at the Elk River City Hall.
