The most favorable <br />projects for achieving the vision (listed in order from south to north) are: <br /> <br />· Rogers through Elk River -Upgrade to a 4-lane freeway (6-lane freeway possible long-term vision) <br />· Elk River to Princeton - Upgrade to a 4-lane freeway as long term vision <br /> Princeton to Onamia -Access m~nagement and consolidation toward development nodes to maintain <br /> performance of existing highway <br />· Onamia to Garrison - Upgrade to a four-lane expressway (current EIS project) <br /> <br /> <br />
