The proposal <br /> also includes processing recyclable concrete and asphalt for use in the construction industry. <br /> Planning Commission <br /> The Commission questioned what 221"Avenue was rated for weight. The road is a 9-ton road and is <br /> adequate for the anticipated traffic generated by this proposed use. <br /> The applicant asked if the setback requirement for the east property line could be removed from <br /> condition #4.
