The same is true of the Klein property, which is also owned by the <br />Developer's of the Park Pointe Addition. <br /> <br />IX. PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The schedule for the 175th Avenue Improvement project, as provided in Table 4, is <br />based upon guidelines established in Minnesota State Statues, Chapter 429, Local <br />Improvements and Special Assessments. CONCLUSION <br /> <br />The total estimated project cost, including overhead costs is $941,600. The project is <br />necessary and cost-effective. As previously stated, this cost will be financed through a <br />combination of assessments to benefiting properties and TEA-21 funds, Municipal State <br />Aid funds, Elk River Municipal Utilities funds, and City funds. <br /> <br />Based on the information gathered and the analysis presented the proposed <br />improvements discussed in this study are feasible from an engineering standpoint. The <br />financial feasibility of the project will be determined by the City through discussions with <br />the affected property owners. <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br /> <br />
