<br />Regular Meeting Minutes
<br />October 1, 1998

<br />The Northstar Corridor Development Authority met on October 1, 1998, at the Sherbume County
<br />Government Center in the City of Elk River, Minnesota.
<br />
<br />The following members, alternates and citizens were present:

<br />Dan Erhart, Paul McCarron, Tim Yantos, Duane Grandy, Al Seppelt, Gary Erickson, Terry Nagorski,
<br />Betsy Wergin, Gerry Donlin, Ken Paulson, Jim Dickenson, Donald Jolly, Tim Howe, Steve Billings, Scott
<br />Harlicker, Tom Gamec, J. Patrick Cairns, Jerry Leese, Gary Hammer, John Norgren, Dick Wolsfeld, Biz
<br />Colbum, Paul Goenner, Sea Walther, Tom Cruikshank, Brian Roper, Mike Christensen, Elliott Perovich,

<br />1. The Chairperson called the meeting to order at 4:40 p.m.
<br />
<br />A motion was made by Gerry Donlin, seconded by Duane Grandy and carried unanimously
<br />to approve the agenda of October 1, 1998, with no additions and the meeting minutes of
<br />September 3, 1998, regular meeting minutes as presented.

<br />Elizabeth Colburn, BRW, reviewed the dates scheduled for the Northstar Corridor Commuter Rail
<br />Open House meeting scheduled for 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the following locations:

<br />October 27, 1998
<br />
<br />Sherburne County Government Center - Elk River
<br />Fridley City Hall - Fridley
<br />Whitney Senior Community Center - St. Cloud
<br />
<br />Discussion was held regarding the setting up of the Northstar Corridor Web Page. The web page
<br />address is http://co.sherburne.mn.us/northstar and will contain all public relations materials such
<br />as newsletters, project updates, press releases, etc. as well as provide a location to contact an
<br />NCDA member via e-mail to obtain answers to questions, concerns, etc.
