Jeff is an employee of the Community Recreation organization, of <br />which Elk River is a member. Councilmember Holmgren is the city <br />representative on this organization. <br /> <br />The Community Recreation Board is meeting on November 16, 1998. <br />Attached for your information is the agenda and backup material for this <br />meeting.
