All locations chemically treated must have proper notifications in accordance to state and local requirements. To include 5 applications per year of fertilizer/weed control • Application#1—Crabgrass pre-emergent with granular fertilizer • Application#2—Liquid broadleaf control • Application#3—Granular fertilizer • Application#4-Liquid broadleaf control • Application#5—Granular Winterizer Terms of Agreement • This estimate is contingent on a three year contract starting May 1s`, 2014 through November 1S1 2016 • Contractor to inspect the property weekly at the time of mowing for issues such as broken sprinkler heads, damaged irrigation valve boxes,or any other signs of damage and must report them to the appropriate City personnel. Termination: The City of Elk River reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the vendor defaults in its obligations to provide satisfactory service. The City will provide a written notice of unsatisfactory service and the vendor will have five days to correct the default. If the vendor does not correct the default within five days,the city will give a two week notice that the contract may terminate. All interested parties must submit proposals back by 12-2-13.
