Alit "When Appearance Counts" '`. <br /> 4 <br /> Outdoor Maintenance LLC <br /> 2014 - 2016 Property Maintenance Contract <br /> This contract is to become effective on: 5/1/2014-10/31/2016 <br /> This contract is by and between: <br /> Speedcutters Outdoor Maintenance, LLC <br /> and <br /> City of Elk River and Elk River Municipal Utilities <br /> Elk River, MN <br /> 55330 <br /> This proposal, including the items and conditions printed on it and attached proposal, if any is hereby accepted. (I) (We) <br /> authorize the performance of the work indicated above and agree that the terms and conditions of the Proposal now <br /> constitute a binding contract. The terms and conditions of any purchase order or other confirming documentation which <br /> SpeedCutters Outdoor Maintenance LLC. may issue,shall not modify the terms of this contract. <br /> The service will be billed on or about the 24th of each month covered under this contract and is due and payable within 10 <br /> days of receipt.Appropriate sales taxes will be added to each invoice. Any additional mowing listed as per time will be <br /> billed in addition to the monthly amount after each mowing by Speedcutters Outdoor Maintenance, LLC. These per time <br /> sites will require that Speedcutters Outdoor Maintenance, LLC be notified that the sites need mowing and the service is <br /> required by the officials in charge. <br /> Either party may cancel this contract with thirty(30)days notice mailed to the party at the addresses listed in this contract. <br /> During this thirty(30)day period, lawn service will continue at the normal rate agreed upon under this contract. Upon <br /> cancellation any money due for service performed up and until that date shall be due and owing by the 10th of the month <br /> following cancellation. <br /> If there is any change in the service fee,our ability to provide service or any other service affecting Information you will be <br /> notified in writing within 14 days of such changes. <br /> I,the undersigned, understand and agree that there will be an interest charge of 1.5%per month on any past due balance <br /> over 30 days.
