Nothing contained herein shall prevent the use of <br />temporary portable containers during construction on the premises or for a period of not to exceed <br />four (4) months if permanent service of natural gas is prohibited because o£frost conditions, subject <br />to the issuance ora permit by the Chief Building Official. <br /> <br />5.
