The display must also be equipped with a <br /> means to immediately discontinue the display if it malfunctions, and the Sign <br /> owner must immediately stop a digital display when notified by the city that it <br /> is not complying with the standards of this ordinance. <br /> § 30-865, Area Identification Signs <br /> Area Identification Signs are intended to provide additional navigation and identification <br /> opportunities for residential, commercial, and industrial developments meeting the following criteria. <br /> (a) Area Identification signs shall be Monument Signs in design, and are permitted as <br /> follows: <br /> (1) Residential subdivisions of at least 20 acres <br /> a.
