Signs removed in this <br /> manner must present a hazard to the public safety as defined in section 1300.0180 of <br /> the state buildifig co IeState Building Code. <br /> § 30-859 (a) — (n), Prohibited sSigns <br /> The following types of Signs are prohibited in all districts: <br /> (4a) Abandoned sigpisSigns which no longer identify or advertise a bona fide business, <br /> service,product, or activity or for which no legal owner can be found. <br /> ( bl Pennants, festoons, inflatable <br /> balloons/displays}; and searchlights; except as a permitted temporaty special event <br /> sigtrTemporary Signs under subsection-30-M6-F-30-867(h). <br /> (3c) Off-Premises sigsSigns, � anexcept for advertising sigftsAdvertising Signs <br /> (billboards) specifically allowed by this Chapter.: <br /> (4d) Signs imitating or resembling official Government Signs or signals. <br /> (5e) Signs attached to trees,utility poles,public benches,or-streetlights, or placed on any <br /> public property or public right-of-way.-, except Signs as permitted in section 30-873 <br /> M (4). <br /> (( Signs placed on vehicles or trailers which are parked or placed for the primary <br /> purpose of displaying the sigRSig-n, except for p lettering on buses, <br /> taxis, or vehicles operating during the normal course of business. <br /> (7g) Signs suspended beneath a canopy, overhang, roof,or marquee without a minimum <br /> clearance from grade of eight afeet in either a vehicular way�or-4f-a pedestrian way. <br /> (Rh) Any roof sigrtRoof Sign or sigriSig-n erected above the roofline of a building. <br /> (9i) Any signSi placed within 30 feet of atiy fifftenee,.Of the Vision Clearance Triangle <br /> that may obstruct motorist or pedestrian visibility. <br /> (4-0j) Rotating;or --b b---Moving Signs. <br /> 8 <br />
