While the land use <br /> approval has expired,it was important to review formally the wetland impacts, to ensure that prior <br /> approvals were valid. The wetland delineation was redone, to verify boundaries. The mitigation plan was <br /> deemed to be valid, and no further mitigation plans were developed. <br /> The Council is asked to approve the Notice of Decision, to be filed with the project, as recommended by <br /> the Technical Evaluation Panel <br /> Hours of operation would be 7-7 Monday through Saturday.
