Meeting called to Order <br /> Elk River Heritage Preservation Commission was called to order at 6:06 p.m.by Chair Lindberg. <br /> 2.) Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3.) Consider September 19,2013 HPC Agenda <br /> MOTION TO APPROVE THE AGENDA WITH THE ADDITION OF STAFF LIAISON <br /> AND HISTORIC MOVIE BY COMMISSIONER MORTENSEN AND SECOND BY <br /> COMMISSIONER ROHLF.ALL IN FAVOR MOTION CARRIED. <br /> 4.) Consider August 15,2013 HPC Minutes <br /> MOTION TO APPROVE THE AUGUST 15,2013 MINUTES BY COMMISSIONER <br /> MORTENSEN AND SECOND BY COMMISSIONER FOX. ALL IN FAVOR MOTION <br /> CARRIED. <br /> 5.) GENERAL BUSINESS <br /> 5.1.) Historic Elk River Movie <br /> The HPC watched a movie from the Elk River Library that was filmed in 1916. <br /> 5.2.) Goals and Priorities <br /> The HPC went through their goals and priorities and made updates to them for the next three years. <br /> 5.3.) 33rd Annual Statewide Historic Preservation Conference Update <br /> Commissioner Fox and Ms.Haug gave an update on the sessions they attended at the conference in <br /> Lanesboro. <br /> 5.4.) SCSU <br /> Ms.Haug asked if any Commissioners would be able to present to SCSU on the walking tour guide <br /> project. Commissioners Mortensen,VanPatten and Fox expressed interest and would check their <br /> schedules. <br /> 5.5.) Comprehensive Plan Update <br /> Commissioner Fox gave an update on the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 6.) Other <br /> Ms. Haug's Resignation <br />
