Conclusion <br /> As mentioned earlier, Heritage Maples Development is requesting the site remain as designed and <br /> approved in August 2005. The housing will remain the same and the engineering will be upgraded to <br /> meet the new requirements of the City of Elk River and the State of Minnesota at time of construction. We <br /> feel Heritage Maples development will provide added character an enhanced residential living in the City <br /> of Elk River. <br /> We are excited and look forward to working with city staff on this development in efforts to provide a <br /> high quality and much needed senior housing development for the aging in place concept. <br /> The following pictures are located in Elk Run off of Jackson street.
