Summary comments from the joint meeting that resulted in an updated housing rating worksheet has been created <br />and included for review and discussion: <br />1. Keep housing as an objective in tax increment financing policy <br />2. Not define development/redevelopment <br />3. Specific rating score sheet for housing projects <br />4.
