MnDOT would like to <br /> offer the City of Elk River the following comments: <br /> 1. There can be no structures or encroachments into the state highway right of way. <br /> 2. There shall be no net increase in storm water runoff to the U.S. Highway 169 right of way <br /> from said property. Contact Bob Nibbe,District 3 Hydraulics Engineer, at 218/828-5792 <br /> for additional information. <br /> 3. We will allow the temporary removal of the fence to construct new back slope. Fencing <br /> must be replaced following construction along with the woodbine ivy plantings presently <br /> skirting the fence. Any other plantings and vegetation impacted by construction must also <br /> be restored. <br /> 4. A permit is required to perform work within the right of way, construct any entrances or <br /> change in use of an entrance.
