The largest lot (133,818 square <br />feet) is located on the north end of the site and will accommodate the hotel. <br />The smaller lot (61,617) is located between Perkins and the motel site and is <br />likely to accommodate an office use. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
