The approved plan did not include <br />a storage building. The applicant is requesting an amendment to the <br />conditional use permit to allow construction of a 65' X 30' (1,950 s.f.) storage <br />building which will be used to store vehicles. <br /> <br />The proposed building will be gray concrete block, 22' 6" tall with a 7 foot <br />wide gray metal band on the on the top of the east side.
