Mr. Carlson red tagged for removal or repair, twenty non- <br />conforming structures within the park. These structures were non-conforming due to <br />size, being unsafe (structurally, woodstoves, etc.) or being within the floodway of the Elk <br />River. Staff anticipates the park being in compliance with the conditions set by the <br />Council by the October 31st deadline. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
